Now in its fifth year and held under the theme of “Women on Business”, we are thrilled to welcome Baroness Minouche Shafik, Director of the London School of Economics and Political Science for a virtual fireside chat and audience Q&A hosted by Zanny Minton Beddoes, editor-in-chief of The Economist to discuss: The Social Contract and Women’s Place in the Economy.
Dame Helen Alexander was the Chancellor of the University of Southampton between 2011 and 2017. Throughout her career, she steadfastly championed diversity and fought tirelessly to improve gender balance in business.
Supported by Helen’s family and the organisations with which she was associated – the University of Southampton, the CBI, The Economist Group, and Informa – the evening will provide a wonderful opportunity to hear from and ask questions directly to Baroness Shafik.
